Technical Support for Instructors

We can provide the following support for instructors using Zoom at UA.

1. We will provide an overview and introduction to the technology and software and how it is commonly used across campus.
2. We will provide support (phone, email, in-person) and troubleshooting of any issues that arise regarding the use of Zoom on campus. 
3. We can provide information on best use practices and how Zoom can be used with various learning theories to help enhance learning outcomes and promote engagement, retention, and motivation.
