Technical Support for Instructors

We can provide the following support for instructors using clickers at UA. 

1. We will provide an overview and introduction to the technology and software and how it is commonly used across campus.
2. We will provide support (phone, email, Zoom consults, and in-person appt by request only) and troubleshooting of any issues that arise regarding use of clickers in your course(s). 
3. We can be available in person for first few uses in class to ensure you have a positive experience and that all runs smoothly.
4. We can provide information on best use practices and how clickers can be used with various learning theories to help enhance learning outcomes and promote engagement, retention, and motivation.
